I'm very let down with my experience with Sesame. I'm currently experiencing a growing amount of pain that isn't going away and I believe I need medical advice. I made my appointment, eagerly waited 3 hours and when I jumped on the call I was greeted with a message asking me to please give another 20 minutes for the doctor to join the call. Fair enough. 20 minutes go by; nothing happens. I wait another about 12 or so minutes more with no response and my battery dying so I gave up. I feel so stupid for paying $38 to stare at a blank screen. I want to give the benefit of the doubt and believe this was a technical issue but I don't know man. I just feel kicked while I was already down.

Very professional and quick and easy to use! The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions as well as addressed all of my concerns! I highly recommend this company!

Horrible false advertisement! Their website claims their doctors prescribe monoclonal antibody treatments for Covid. The doctor I booked with said she’s never given a prescription for monoclonal antibodies! They’re playing on the sick Covid positive people and stealing our money. They refused to give me a refund. I’m reporting you Sesame! This is fraud!

I was in a predicament. I was forced to move back home to PA from MI with no notice. And I needed meds and I left all my doctors behind. I used Sesame Care to schedule a Telehealth visit with Dr. Timothy Wong. I was a little skeptical because I picked the cheapest provider, but that’s all I could afford. Dr Wong was terrific! I’m a tough customer and Dr Wong handled my situation with professional and excellent speed of service. I’ve tried many different Telehealth services, and in my opinion, Sesame Care is the best, with no close second!

Dr. Vanover was very helpful and was able to help me rule out several stomach conditions before I was able to finally narrow it down to IBS. She listened carefully and prescribed me medicine based on the symptoms I was experiencing. She is very patient and thorough.
