My visit with Camilo Murillo, APRN was great! I was in a lot of pain with my yeast infection and UTI. I went to a free clinic bc I have no insurance and couldn’t get a prescription. The RN who answered to doctor at the clinic only confirmed what I already knew I had. The other “discounted doctors” in my area wanted to charge 250.00 for a visit. By some miracle I found Sesame and Camilo Murillo, APRN was available in 15mins and much more affordable. With in 5mins of my visit I had the prescriptions I needed sent to my pharmacy and even a second yeast infection pill to take after the antibiotics. I am no longer suffering from these issues and I’m so grateful for this service. I highly recommend!

I had a good experience with Sesame in the past, so looked forward to that again. But this time even though I stated the reason I asked for a consultation, it was ignored, and the NP came on the zoom meeting, stating she could not meet my request. I would have preferred being told before the appointment that my request was no longer possible. They were kind enough to reimburse my consultation fee though, so that was a plus!

I never received a call back after calling two times and texting. Poor patient care with this provider

Very disappointed! I scheduled my appointment and paid upfront for the appointment with Jubril Adediran, FNP-BC. I noticed my appointment was scheduled for MST and I live in PST so I was sure to block out the rest of my afternoon to assure I could make the appropriate. Unfortunately, the provider never joined the meeting. No customer support other that an automated chat. No response to a refund request either. I called the physician directly as his number is listed on my email confirmation but no answer there either. Just a recording. This is a horrible, unorganized company. I am hoping my refund comes. I'm also going to report to BBB as someone seeking medical attention in the first place should not have to deal with the added stress of an unprofessional business and physician.

My provider was amazing. She was was quick but thorough. Asked me all the appropriate questions and wasn't dismissive of my concerns. I appreciated her giving me her expert opinion and alternative methods to my issue instead of just prescription based.

Horrible service. Doctor didn't show up for my virtual appointment, I contacted support they told me wait another 20 minutes, waited and wasted 30 minutes and still no show. They said I will need to call doctors office and reschedule with them. They have not responded to my refund request and have no phone support, only chat. When you call them its a recording saying phone support is not available. They also don't provide anywhere on their site that lets you write a review for the doctor, which is why everyone on it has 5 star reviews.
