The appointment itself was great. However, trying to receive an alternative prescription for my daughter's ear infection has been a nightmare. Going through Sesame and receiving zero updates, then the doctor's sending over incorrect prescriptions/dosage amounts then having to call Sesame back, being placed on hold, then Sesame has to call the doctor back to ask for authorization. There is far too much back and forth here when this is supposed to be a more "convenient" option. We are going on 6 hours and my daughter STILL doesnt have the correct prescription.

It is impossible to get into my PCP the same day or sometimes even the same week so SesameCare is definitely worth it to me! The doctors have each been super friendly and caring so far. Also you don't have to worry about insurance at all.

The doctor we had never showed up to the appointment. My daughter’s ear is really hurting and we were hoping to get her care tonight. I waited for an hour total and never heard from the doctor. This is the second time a doctor with this company hasn’t showed up. Except the last time, he didn’t show up to the telehealth visit but at least called me a couple hours later and helped us out. This time, not even a phone call. This is going to be a night from hell for my child who has a terrible earache. And we paid to not be seen.

Easy to use, connected me with a qualified and caring professional with whom I felt heard and all my questions were answered. Would highly recommend and will be using again!

Just thankful I got in asap. Needed a Doctor quit!
