I searched for a provider by my prescription and selected one of the top suggested providers. I waited over 20 minutes for the provider to arrive. When he finally showed up, he told me that he could not help me because he only works in family medicine. He told me that I would need to speak with a specialist. He was also unwilling to listen to my medical history, probably because he was running late and trying to get to his next appointment. I called Sesame, and they refused to provide a refund even though they matched me with a provider who was unable to help me with my issue. Overall a highly disappointing experience.

Pleasant experience

It was nice having the ability to speak directly to a physician without having to pay hundreds of dollars for a consultation.

Everything was great, fast,and convenient! The Dr I had called me 15 min early and really listened to my needs. Will be using them again for sure!

I am very satisfied for Sesame services, it’s been very convenient through from having the website information to virtual doctor to medicine delivery to follow up status through digital connections. All been 100% simple and efficiency, no doubt to give them a Full satisfaction score, no doubt.

It was very easy to select a telephone time and get the free prescription. I told the doctor about the positive Covid test I had taken earlier and he approved the Paxlovid prescription.
