Dr was great. Called in prescription right away. The only problem is my insurance would not let me get a prescription filled by an out of state Dr.

So far, 1 star. Provider never showed after I waited over a half hour on the call..sure didn't wait to take my money, though. Contacted customer support immediately for a refund. We will see how that goes. Update 2/13/23: Called the number for customer service provided by their reply below. They were very polite and helpful. I was told my money will be refunded. Call took less than 5 minutes. Rating changed to reflect customer service.

Saw J. WASIF APRN for spider bite infection on leg. Took minutes to register and very simple and effective assessment with treatment. I likely avoided hospitalization for less than $100 of video calls and medicines. I really appreciate her attention and the service this company provides. -Landon Chesney

Doctor did call on time. I needed a prescription that needed preauthorization. They never did that. I don't think they do that. Doctor never told me. So if I don't get approved then I paid this doctor for nothing.

Dr. was prompt and compassionate. She listened carefully to my complaints and treated me with respect and as someone who know my own body and needs.

If i used my in network insurance would have been 100 dollars plus 2 week wait, decided to use Sesame instead and got a appointment with Dr Baldwin who prescribed me the med i needed after 15 min questions. Cost alot less and quicker and will be using in the future.

Unable to connect with provider and after hours of trying. She recommended an ER visit. Not happy, will not connect with her again. The first experience was better with a different provider.
