This was my second time with Dr. Saling through Sesame (initial + follow-up) for a sinus infection/persistent sore throat. He is very nice, thorough, and efficient. I would use him as my PCP if I could. Would recommend to anyone!

The doctor was courteous, professional, easy to talk to, and straight to the point - couldn't have been better.

The provider was excellent. She immediately put me at ease. listened to my issues & knew exactly how to help me. I will try to get her again, if I need care again

Edit Two: For anyone reading, Sesame changed their response to not be contradictory. They also emailed me with some condescending follow-up email in response to this. Also, my pharmacy still does not have the prescription I paid for. Edit: To reply to Sesame's response. Again, when I asked for a copy of my records custom service told me NO. That they do not provide those records to customers which is a HIPPA violation. When I asked again I got a new rep who told me no and then tried to sell me another service. Yeah I got an apology when I called that out and eventually a form. That doesn't change that the company gave crap service outlined below. I scheduled an appointment to get a prescription filled. It is a non-controlled substance. I needed a copy of the prescription for me fsa records and to have available for international travel. This is a request I have done before with other doctors/providers. Sesame refused to give me a copy of the prescription. Saying they contacted the NP and she said she can only electronically send to the pharmacy. I decided to contact the NP directly and she told me that was false and Sesame can give me a copy of my prescription. I also tried to get a copy of the prescription from my pharmacy, they do not have it on record.

Dr.Noor Amin was very knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend him.

She was nice and all, but Im 100% on the upper respiratory infection, and I got coughing pills that didnt fix anything but "numbed" the issue, so spent another weekend sick, regardless of fever or not, I should have been given an antibiotic, basic, nothing overboard.

The provider was absolutely useless! I've been having issues with excessive sweating. I'm a nurse and I requested a visit for a prescription strength antiperspirant. At first she denied such a a thing exists. When I told her I'd just been at a pharmacy and the pharmacist had literally shown the product to me, became upset and told me that if I'm a nurse I should know the name of the medication that I want her to prescribe. I know the medication exists, but I don't believe that as a patient it is my responsibility to know the name of every option available. I told this lady I don't want a pill, and she just kept staring at me like an idiot. I eventually hung up the phone on her after I asked half a dozen times why she would not prescribe me the prescription strength deodorant. I never got an answer. I asked for a refund and she said no. I had to report the transaction as fraud to my credit card to get my money back. They accepted payment without providing any services at all, and the lady didn't even know what options were available. My favorite part was when she told me I should have seen a skin specialist. The big banner at the top of the screen on the web page said that I was there for a skin visit. I recommend against this service. Edit: Interesting how you guys replied here right away, but my email requesting a refund still has no replies.

Easy to get an appointment fast! Provider very up to the point. When you get COVID, you don't want to leave your bed. The doc I contacted called me ahead of the scheduled time. 10 minutes later I had a prescription waiting for me at my local pharmacy. I will definitely use them again. I wish they had an app.
