False advertisement!

This is the third time I have used Sesame. I used the same doctor each time, as my initial visit with him was so helpful and I was so impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and caring. It is very clear to me this is an amazing way to get highly skilled, excellent medical care, promptly, on my schedule, and for literally a fraction of all my usual co-pays or urgent care appointments. Unfortunately I have several progressive, incurable diseases. That being said, I’m all too familiar with doctors and hospitals. Sesame has been amazing taking care of me…same day I need them… for things I normally would literally have to wait 2 weeks to even get an appointment, drive to the office, wait and wait, finally see the doc for 3 minutes, be billed an absurd amount of money. Sesame is brilliant. A real life changer, and believe me, I don’t say that lightly. I give Sesame ten stars, without question. Even more stars for making the doctor I use part of their team!!! ;)

BEWARE!!! This "company" is only a website front for individual providers that can dump you without warning! Our provider just stopped responding, blocked his schedule for the next year for all his patients. I contacted Sesame and their answer was for me to contact another provider and pay all the initial fees again. None of his patients were given any warning and no provision was made by Sesame to cover all the patients left with medications to fill. This is call abandonment. Send your business to a more reputable business.

I tested positive for COVID-19 with overwhelming symptoms that needed attention immediately. I have an excellent primary care physician that I trust but he is not instantly available. The clinic provided me with contact information for sesamecare to get a prescription of Paxlovid. Not only did I get the medication but I also received support snd consultation from a doctor and medical staff over the phone. Sesame took care of me in less than three hours and I never had to leave my home. I did not know this kind of medical option existed and I am the most grateful.

When you’re not feeling good, this was the best most convenient way to get the help I needed without driving to a doctors office. Very Affordable and only took a few minutes to get what I needed to the pharmacy! I will continue with this service!
