I sought out places to leave a review because i have been so impressed with this service. I have used a couple of different services for online med visits. While they have been worth it to me the doctors have been abrupt, didn't seem to be paying much attention. And there was always something frustrating. This service was so easy i was surprised at each step, is this it? Everything seems very thought out. The way you get a text with a link and they text again close to time. The doctor was right on time. He had clearly already read my information. The most important thing though was the way he spoke with me. He spoke to me like an equal with empathy and respect. The way he communicate was very unusual for a doctor in the best possible way. He did not waste my time with needless things or rush me. Just efficient straight forward conversation about options and the end choice. I just can't say enough good things about the doctor i dealt with. And sadly i do not know his name. I will be using this service again with confidence.

I have used sesame care twice now for prescription refills. Nothing better than sitting at home and doing it over the phone no more doctor appts where u come on time but they make u wait hours. Both times I have been seen right on time. Quick, easy and very affordable and STRESS FREE.....

The Doctor was right on time for the video call and he was a good listener to my concerns.

Really poor service. The nurse was late to the appointment, abrupt, rude, and didn't bother to review the medical history. End result was that this clown refused to prescribe the medication I was looking for a refill.
