The doctors I spoke with are very competent and caring but referred me back to my GP. I have been trying to cancel my subscription since day one and have not had any success. Very troubling. Update: Amazing that they respond to my review but not to my emails. I have been calling and emailing for more than a month. Phone calls go to auto response that says go to website for support. Emails also have auto response. I have filed complaints with BBB and NY Attorney General.

My provider was kind as always, and professional and he was right on time . He made sure my prescriptions were with the pharmacy and ready, and kept in contact with me by text

This was my first telahealth visit, great experience with Beth Thornton. She was very thorough and very prompt with sending my prescriptions into the pharmacy.

The doctor was fantastic but im not so sure about the company anymore. My appt was after we had a tornado and had no power but luckily still had phone at that time. A prescription was sent as promised but the pharmacy did not recieve it and told me to reach out to sesame. I did to only hear "it was sent". Sure it was, but it was not received. The pharmacy told me to reach out to sesame because they have no record of prescription. Sesame just says over and over "our records say it was sent please call the pharmacy before retrieving". BUT IT WAS NOT RECEIVED. How hard is it for them to call the pharmacy and verify and resend it? They reached out with a resolution and told me to call another company that dispenses prescriptions to pharmacies and the number just beeps and hangs up. Then after telling them it just beeps they say it is a text only line. I have recieved no responses from the text only line. I do NOT recommend this company. It is a nightmare. UPDATE - 7 HOURS LATER. I still have no resolution. I have even paid the doctor for chat and have not recieved a response. My place is wrecked from a tornado and i cannot even gets meds to help me feel better. Sesame has stressed me out to the max. I do not recommend. Update 8 hours later. Company replies on trust pilot but does not reply at the email or number they send even after 8 hours of trying.

Sesame beats OneMedical every single time on telehealth accessibility, ease, and affordability! I love how smooth the entire process was, and that I got the care I needed with no hassle. Sesame is the real deal! So glad it exists. Their doctors are fantastic!!
