Sesame is a great way to engage with you doctor, get timely prescription renewals if needed, and great followup notes and communications!

I do not recommend, I tried the weight loss program just because of the partnership with Costco, and I totally regret, it was the worst experience of my life, they sent the prescription to pharmacy without prior insurance approval, prescription was denied, they do not know what to do. It was a complete nightmare, and so disappoint I do not recommend at all.

I don't know what the complaints are about? This is my first time doing tele, and it was flawless. Doctor was right on time, polite, And took the right amount of time. Refills were instantly sent and received to my pharmacy. Was ready the same day and my insurance covered the meds. I did pay a little extra for an American doctor, so there was no chance of miscommunication, but even that wasn't bad. $75 for membership and doctor was definitely worth it to me!

Appointment time was very accurate, prescription was sent immediately and the technology is very user friendly.

RESPONSE TO SESAME’S REPLY: I have called a total of 6 times. I’ve become very discouraged with your company and how things have been handled. This situation is not complicated however your company has made it this way. I most definitely will be disputing any charges made by Sesame. I accidentally typed my phone number incorrectly during the registration. I had my visit and was waiting for the text message to select my pharmacy. I waited a few hours and text. That’s when I realized the number I typed in was incorrect. Now, 4 days later, I have not gotten a resolution and still waiting to get my meds. WOW! How difficult could it be to get this situation remedied. I called yesterday (Day 3) and the representative said it was out of their hands and my case has been escalated. They couldn’t even give me an ETA on when I can get this resolved!!! I NEED MY MEDICATION. The way this has been handled is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous
