Very quick and easy to schedule. Pleased with the care I received. I was too sick to travel to my physician and I am without health insurance at the moment, this was a great way to get the care I needed. Provider was friendly and caring. She assessed my symptoms and provided the care I needed.

THE VIDEO CHAT DIDN'T WORK. It did not work on Chrome, it did not work on Firefox, and it did not work on Mobile. Just a loading screen. Furthermore, I kept getting signed out. We had to do it on phone. My provider said "yeah the video hasn't been working" TOok my provider 10 minutes to figure out how to place a prescription - she said there are two systems and the new one is buggy. Even after it was submitted, I did not see it on walgreens.com 2 hours later and nobody at walgreens could find it. I had to wait until the next morning before I could get it, and my health suffered as a result. MEssaging also didn't work. It's a disgrace , especially in 2024, 4 years after telehealth went big during the pandemic. The devs must be too lazy to dogfood on their own stuff.
