Terrible overall experience. I booked and paid for an appointment. Due to technical issues, the doctor couldn't hear my voice and ended the call. Later he called me on the phone and I told him what prescription I needed and he told me that he is not licensed to write prescriptions in the state I was living and told me to call him when I move to NY. I moved a few days later and called him but he never picked up his phone. The support is awfully slow to respond.

Dr. Mark Mayoral was easy to talk to and actually listened to what I had to say. I really appreciated his acknowledgment and attention, I've been blown off by almost every doctor and he was the first to really listen and give me some solid insight. I got my prescription filled and some peace of mind too.

It was nice to have somebody actually look at my medical history prior to making a prescription for me. My Dr. wanted to make sure that any medical conditions I had were taken care of and any medication that I was on will not have any reactions. It’s nice to know that I’ll be able to do follow ups as needed without hesitation.

I was super excited about the options that Sesame had on their website for Weight Loss. I followed the instructions, paid my money, met virtually with the doctor and awaited the prescription that Sesame would fill. I got a message on the platform saying that they could not fill it. In addition, the provider had no idea what I was talking about. I feel like a paid over $80 for nothing. Do not recommend the weight loss "program." Update: Appreciated the refund; however, I suggest the process be more transparent to save everyone time.
