Quick, easy, and cheap. What more can you ask for?

The provider listened to my concerns and wrote a prescription for the medication that I needed. I was able to pick up the medication at the pharmacy within a few hours.

I can't say enough positive things about Sesame and Dr. Matthew Leafbled. He was very professional and thorough but also very understanding, personable and funny. I needed a prescription for Lyme disease and now have that, but he also set it up so that if the antibiotics don't work, there's a next step already in place to be taken to address things without further delay. He's just really on top of his game and so super nice. And going through Sesame was super easy. I'm incredibly pleased.

I paid my money, made the appointment snd went to the video call. No one got on it with me. I tried to squeeze it in during my work hours and when no one got back to me, I tried texting them, which disconnects you from the video meeting. When I got back to the video meeting,the camera wouldn't start. When I finally got through on the 800 number, all they told me was that they would refund my money within 2 days. This is supposed to be medical Care, it's not Home Depot or Amazon. The girl at the call center could have cared less that I wasn't seen by a doctor. Let's see if they refund me my money.

I honestly thought this website was a scam! But it is not, I was able to speak with someone and get the help I needed. It was a quick and easy process and I highly recommend anyone to give it a try.
