I started 4 weeks ago. Spoke to PA regarding Semeglutide. He sent my 1st 4 weeks. They charged me for my second month but I didn’t get my meds. Spoke to PA and he said the pharmacy they use doesn’t have my dosage. He didn’t know what to do. I couldn’t call because this was a weekend and they don’t have anyone working. I called on Monday and they said they’d have to check on it. Not 20 minutes later I get an email with a bunch of mumbo jumbo in it that sounds to me like a refund is not happening. In my opinion this is a poorly run company. How do you work with a pharmacy who on your 2nd dosage doesn’t have your dosage?

My doctor, Dr. Melissa Roberts was incredibly professional and kind. She made me comfortable and explained my medication and continued care in great detail. Our family will be using her again for sure.

My provider was caring, had great bedside manner and really listened to what I was experiencing. If she was in my area, she would be my PC provider. This is my second time using Sesame and it was really seamless. From appt setting to having a script sent to my pharmacy. Best telehealth platform I’ve used.
