Wow , I wish she was my primary doctor ! Not only is she super knowledgeable but very personable and patient. I’ve never had someone so focused on making sure I receive the best care , all questions and concerns answered , and had everything I need .

The APRN I had my Telehealth with did not rush me understood my issues mutually worked together for best course of treatment. We also just spent 5 minutes talking about Healthcare as I work in Healthcare as well. I use Sesame when I am not feeling well way better than going to an office or walk-in where germs are abundant!

After booking and paying for an appointment, the professional i booked with did not show up. He then categorized me as a no show. I then had to show proof that he was in fact the no show and finally got my refund. But then 1 month later I was automatically charged again even though I had cancelled any type of further transactions with sesame care. They then charged me $30 additional for not having the full amount in my account. I had to call to get a refund but they would not refund the $30 invalid charge. This place is a scam and I would not recommend it . They operate by collecting fees they do not refund.

I would NOT recommend this company! I am on 13 days , of WAITING for their alleged “ customer support “ team, to get medical records to a physician that is waiting on them. And I’ve sent my records 7 times. Unbelievable! I hope I’m not dying!
