basically worst experience and i got scam , And an attempt to take advantage of the doctor that he booked a follow-up with him to renew the prescription after 15 days with no make sense , so that I did not feel that he was a doctor and his way of talking was bad and talking from a dark light so that no one would see his face

This Doctor is very intelligent for these reasons; he understood that I know my current medical situation (sinus infection). I explained I have had this before and the medication that was effective with minimal GI side effects cleared the infection. What I respect about any MD or PhD, that I am, is the he/she listens and this MD did. Thank you.

The enrollment and service provided were fine. But try and cancel your membership and your credit card keeps getting charged. I cancelled online and via email but the charges did not stop. Finally reached John at Sesame who clearly confirmed by email that my membership was being cancelled and I would not be charged anymore. The following month I received two charges: one for the $10 monthly fee, which was what I had paid before, and another for $99 which I had never agreed to pay them and had no idea what it was for. I called to get the charges reversed and could not understand the agent on the phone who happened to be in the Phillipines and was corteous but am not sure she understood my complaint. I think and hope the charges will be reversed. Not happy.

The platform is smooth. Look for appointment, see price upfront, doctors shows up on time, sesame has a rep personally call the pharmacy to ensure script came over, mine didn't, I texted support and within minutes they called the pharmacist and worked it out. Allows you to keep your doctor no matter where you go. As for my Doc, he is perfect. Doesn't try to reinvent the wheel when it comes to reoccurring symptom and what works. I've been going to him every 6-8 months for sinus meds these last 3 years after moving to Texas. I told him the med I've used before and we stayed on it.
