Good in theory. iOS app continuously refreshes when trying to book an appt. Was able to in the web app but, then the physician never showed up or responded to my messages. Called overseas customer service and said this is very common and to give the doctor 35 minutes to attend the consult. If not, call back and they'll place a refund. Not sure why Costco partnered with these guys.
