So, I was a Sesame customer for about 6 months on their Success program. They then change their service to a prepaid system. I prepaid for 48 weeks of service for $3000. After the 8th week, Sesame changed my provider to someone who cannot see patients in my state. I cannot as a customer change my provider, so I effectively got locked out of my account. I tried going through customer service, but they do not seem to have the tools they need to help customers. Eventually, they stopped responding to my emails, leaving my out ~$2500. The service was fine when it was pay as you go, but as soon as it was a prepaid service, I immediately was scammed. DO. NOT. PREPAY.

Dr. Odekunle is always friendly, punctual and helpful. I always go to him for my doctor needs. He is meticulous and patient with my needs and always meets them.

Dr. Agwata took great care of my son and I who struggle with ADHD. He was incredibly kind and attentive. I will definitely use this platform again!
