The provider that was the top rated anxiety specialist named "Samuel Pennella" gave horrible advice. He did not understand anything that was handed him. I clearly stated in the appointment reason I was seeking a reasonable accommodation note, he told me he has never heard of such a thing. He even recommended that inhaling the second smoke that I am exposed is a good idea and not harmful in anyway. He clearly had no intention of helping me and just wanted his paycheck. I spent 70$ for this visited that lasted literally 5 mins when it should have been at least 30 mins and the written letter he provided to help out my situation did nothing to help.

I paid $47 for a virtual visit for the provider to say they could not write a prescription without me getting labs done. I then received an email saying I had to pay $67 to their platform for the lab order. When I went to the site to pay the $67 I found out it’s not compatible in the state I live in (NY). I reached out to customer service and was told I the lab order would be emailed to me within 48 hours.I’ve since reached out several times and have still not received the order. It has been two weeks. I feel like I was completely ripped off. Oh and if I did get the lab done I would’ve had to pay another $47 for another visit to try to get a prescription that I’m sure it would’ve costed a decent amount of money. I went to MyAlloy.com and quickly received the service and the prescription I need for one fee, without labs, without jumping through hoops and a bunch of hassles.

I truly don’t know what I would have done without this service and the doctor’s guidance. My local pharmacy misjudged a shortage of my long-acting insulin, and I was at risk of going without it. I was able to meet with the doctor via telehealth, show my current insulin prescription, discuss covered alternatives, and get a new prescription sent the same night. The process was seamless, reassuring, and honestly a lifesaver. I’m incredibly grateful for the care and responsiveness.

Salimah listened to my concerns about not being able to get my longterm insulin due to my last provider’s inappropriate behavior issues. She tried very hard to be sure she was writing the prescription correctly. I appreciate her attention to detail especially since there was a potential for becoming sick if I didn’t get the insulin. She was a nice lady.

I had a great experience with Theresa. She is kind, friendly, and attentive. I didn’t have a good WiFi connection on my end, so her clear communication style helped even more. I sent questions afterwards and she got back to me right away. Overall I’m very happy and I would like to continue seeing her.
