The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. Sent me a piece of crap umbrella that was broken - won’t refund me my money.

Very satisfied! Serwall held delivery for us until we returned from a trip and could receive the packages. The pieces were precision cut and everything fit perfectly. The clearest instructions and most complete toolset of any assembled furniture…ever! Texture is surprisingly pleasant for a plasticized material. Lastly…very comfortable. Great value for the price.

I really like the products. Attractive, comfy, substantially built and nice quality.

I believe Serwall patio Adirondack Chairs are the best. They are very comfortable and withstand the elements extremely well. I did have a minor slat issue a year after purchase and contacted customer service. They were 100% spot on communications, understanding and immediately remedied the issue. A Great Company!

The item was damaged by the packaging causing large marks all over the chairs. The support team was initially very responsive in trying to come to a resolution but when I asked for them to pick up the chairs they stopped responding. Do yourself a favor and go through a 3rd party like Amazon rather than directly through their website!

Your customer service representative, Alan, was so helpful. He was easy to communicate with and offered assistance in a situation that might have otherwise been seen as “non-important”. It is so nice to work with a company that cares. Also, your products are amazing. Couldn’t be happier with these beautiful Adirondack chairs.

First be aware that Serwall and Kingyes chairs on Amazon are the same company. The chairs I ordered from Serwall arrived in Kingyes branded boxes. I ordered two sets; a grey set of chairs and table and a navy set of chairs and table. The navy table and grey set arrived fine, but instead of navy chairs we got light blue chairs. I opened a ticket to have the chairs exchanged and was corresponding with Alan at Serwall who asked if I was interested in keeping the light blue chairs and offered to sell me the navy chairs I originally ordered at half price so that they didn't have to deal with a return. When I declined the offer and requested an exchange to get what I ordered, Alan stopped providing updates. When I checked the status of my ticket on the website, I saw that the ticket had been removed from the system. I opened a second ticket and posted my original Trustpilot review which wasn't favorable. Alan from Serwall reached out and said that they were changing ticketing systems. He then offered to exchange the chairs and asked that I revise my review. I posted an updated Trustpilot review stating that I was again in contact with Serwall and promptly received two FedEx shipping labels from them to return the light blue chairs. They had a FedEx pickup scheduled and according to the tracking numbers had the chairs for more than two weeks without any follow up to us on shipping the new chairs. I posted a request on the website support ticket for an update and hadn't heard anything for more than two weeks. UPDATE: As of 9/7/2022 we've received both of the navy chairs and can close out our support ticket with Serwall. We love the chairs and would highly recommend them for comfort and durability. However, based on the customer service ordering through serwalloutdoor.com, I would recommend ordering from a website like Amazon who can log customer complaints against bad sellers which may help protect you from scams and terrible customer service and ensure you get what you ordered.
