Poor customer service. I had an issue and reached out to them several times but they never would respond to my calls.

Order 2 week ago have no got email saying item ship have not received item so I cannot rate item so communication is the problem not impressed

Two chairs were blown away by an unexpected wind gust. Damage: two broken legs for one chair and a broken armrest for the other. Was able to select replacement parts from a good interface. Happy customer will be more careful when we expect high winds

I ordered two chairs and a side table. After several delays I received the two chairs, however I did not receive the table ordered. I reached out to Serwall to address the missing table with them and I received a very short response that was rather rude telling me that there was a delay and that I needed to be patient. The shipping instructions I received indicated all three items were sent together and I was never informed that the table was sent separately and that there was a delay. I would recommend shopping elsewhere for a better experience.

We recently purchased some vintage style polyethylene (HDPE) Adirondack chairs and a polystyrene (HIPS) chaise. The HDPE is heavier and the HIPS is a closer to wood in feel and appearance but we are very pleased with both -- the vintage style is really cute and goes well with our cabin. We are in a remote location but the chairs still arrived within a few days of our order. Serwall kept us informed of delivery status. My husband and I aren't particularly handy but we didn't have much difficulty with assembly. Instructions are clear and the pieces aligned perfectly, which hasn't always been our experience with self assembled furniture. If we need more outdoor furniture we would definitely chose Serwall.

The assembly instruction guide is not so good. Missing screw annotations that correspond with the legend. On screws where the length variance is subtle, this matters. Good looking product but the manual makes it feel like a cheap made in China product. Not super sturdy when you lean back in it. Creeks. All screws put in right place and tightened securely too.

I bought two for our terrace and was able to put them together myself in just 40 minutes. Now every evening I sit there for a while.
