Purchased 6 white chairs and have faded to yellow. They have been covered and have full cushions as well. Company will replace 4 chairs in blue but not 6, nor will they issue a refund. Still dealing with this as I will not give up. This is one terrible company and 1 terrible product. To top it off , it states fade resistant on the website which i guess means sh^&t!

The shirt "appeared" to be a cotton or cotton blend. It was like polyester material and I hate that for a t-shirt. They should at least be specific on the material.

I never received the product I ordered - I paid in full. I submitted my information to customer support, but no one has reached out to me yet!

We ordered 10 chairs in blue and one was received as black and no one will return calls or emails to me. I am very frustrated!

Ordered the seven piece outdoor table and chair set. Product arrived quickly and was attractive when built. However, discovered after winter (covered for winter), that the table was actually sagging in the middle. SInce it’s built on a frame, It was probably a bent frame from the beginning. We now find that the manufacturer does not support their warranty claims. In fact they’ve changed their warranty from three years to one year. Fortunately , we are still in the one year warranty period. But, of course, they’re fighting the claim. We find after the fact, that people have similar experiences with the manufacturer, as they offer small increments of money instead of actually replacing the product. Buyer beware.

Very hard to get any help Long delay on receiving messages Not a great experience

If I could give them a neg 100 stars I would, this has been the worse experience ever! First the time was never delivered in full came in different boxes and shippments! So never got the main piece*couch" so they resent the couch after another week so right now we are on 2 weeks waiting to put get the complete set. Started to put the couch together and when pulling all the parts out one of the bottom parts of the couch was snapped and broken off! Again I reach out at this point is where it gets worse! They tell me I would have to reassemble the part that came assembled for the 1 piece and put it all together and would take 2 to 3 weeks! I needed this 2 weeks ago to use for the party by didn't get to! Cuz I didn't have it now the holiday weekendis coming up and telling me 2 to 3 weeks! No so I request they also this has now went on sale this set so I request some money back and to get the entire part set and expedited! They said yes and will send tracking once available! Well days went by nothing from them! Email and now they said that I miss understood them and keep giving me the go around with tracking but this has not even shipped and I wouldnt get my money until I get that part well now we are 2 more weeks the holiday weekend has come and gone! And I have no refund no replacement and nothing to show for it! I reached out to Walmart for help with this and they have emailed them requesting they get this part overnighted and 60% of my money back at the sale price now. I have reported them to the bbb and will make sure every website I can find with get this review and friends and neighbors as well will be writing a negative review on my behalf! Oh by the way their cushions are horrible as well it rained and they after a week still hold water and you can't get them to dry out so now I have to looking into buying other cushions once I can get this set done of I ever do! There customer service will just keep sending you the same scripted email without really reading your request! They need to be pulled from stores and have buys aware sign posted on their name!

During the warranty period they hesitantly replaced a broken slat in the chair, after warranty another slat broke..... After the warranty period their weak email states, "We regret to inform you that our items are sold as complete sets and we do not offer individual parts for sale." Yet Serwall refuses to sell a replacement part. Their next response was..."To make up for this,we are willing to refund $10 to your new order as a gesture of goodwill." What a pathetic joke of a response. They want you to buy another complete chair but by the way we'll give you $10 off. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND SERWALL AGAIN TO ANYONE. Buyer beware!
