Horrible customer service!!! Do not buy from this company! I bought 4 chairs and 1 arrived broken. I contacted them and they said they would send me a replacement slat. It’s been weeks and it never arrived. I have emailed many times, tried calling and leaving a message, and contacting them through messenger. They will NOT respond! Nothing! And I paid a lot of money for a broken chair. Do not buy from this company!!!!

I bought 2 as a gift. Arrived well packaged. It does require some assembly but tools were provided. The bright green color is very pretty.

Beautiful contemporary Adirondack chair for a great price. Pretty easy to assemble, wears well (we just bought a second to add to a previous purchase). Chat function responsive, the company let me know new colors were on the way. Good job, would recommend!

Excellent customer service and a nice sturdy chair to relax in. It took me 40 minutes to put it together but the instructions were clear and went smoothly.

The color was a disappointment.

One of the traditional Adirondack chairs arrived broken. The wood is split on the front board of the seat where the Serwall label sits. I am still working with support to try to resolve the issue. Trying to get support was a bit difficult. Calling the phone number prompted for a voicemail, but never received a call back. Chatting online has slow progress. I’m not sure if my response was received. Overall frustrating as this was a birthday present. I’m sure if the product didn’t arrive damaged it would have been a pleasant experience, but based on the support process I’ve gone through so far I would fear ever having to deal with warranty issues.

Incredible chairs. Easy to assemble and look beautiful.

I only received partial delivery of my extremely overpriced replacement parts for my Adirondack chairs. I’m still waiting to receive them long after they were ordered.
