I have several pieces from this company and thought we were very pleased until we had a problem with chaise lounge and end table when someone sat on them and the slats gave way a bit.

Quality of the product is satisfactory for the price. Assembly really is pretty straight forward with good instructions. Issue? A color was not available for an end table so we order one close to match. Purchased a number of pieces including a dining set plus two addional chairs. 2 days after delivery of the first end table the preferred color became available. Ordered the preferred color and started a return on the first one delivered. Never opened the box so thought return process would be easy … nope. Received 3 responses from Serwall questioning why I wanted to return. Was honest and explained. They finally agreed but! Charged me over $10 to return a $60 table. We rarely return anything ever, this was an exception on availability. Reason for a generous 3 Stars.

I have a mixed review on this company. The company encourages email as the contact method, but they only answer emails between 10pm and 6am CA time. Because of that any communication takes days if follow-up to the original question/response is necessary. I had called the company in an attempt to resolve a days-old issue I had and the "only" person who answers the phone was unable to help me at all. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Once I did get the issue resolved through emailing, the staff was very polite and provided the service I had requested (a refund due to an expired promo code while trying to resolve the issue). The product I received had some slight defects due to the way they packaged the chaise lounge, so the company refunded me a portion of the cost. I was satisfied with the resolution.

Shipment was late, did not have 1st color choice, missing one small part. Chair seems good and sturdy.

A lot to put together for me. Maybe I didn’t notice when purchasing but this is an ikea type assembly with lots of screws, nuts and bolts. Not entirely easy with one person as you need a little leverage to maneuver the parts. I would not have purchased had I known the assembly process.

Still waiting for one part of order. Ordered two replacement parts in April. Waited a month for the first part to ship. Two weeks later received notice second part shipped day I was to receive first part. Yeah,never got it I live in Pennsylvania and it was delivered to Georgia. Received the second part and installed. Still waiting on the first part since April, have to wait to get the part from the factory. I'll be notified when that part shipped. Still waiting. Bought six chairs...this ones still sitting in our spare room

Quality of the hardware was poor. Several bolts were bent. One nut short. Several bolts had sharp slivers that cut me when I was installing them

My order arrived before I received and email that it was shipped. Nothing on the item shipped indicated it was from Serwall. I then got an email about 4 days after indicating my order was shipped and delivered. It helps to be better keeping the customer informed. I checked the website multiple times but it was never updated.
