SerwallReviews of serwalloutdoor.com

The chairs arrived earlier than predicted. The chairs came with necessary tools and specific directions. We will enjoy these chairs for years.

Easy to put together came in quick

Serwalls Outdoor Products packaging and customer service is horrible. I received the porch swing broken and to get a credit and a return label has been impossible. Their product is poorly designed and thinly made in China. It took me 10 days to receive a response after sending 4 emails and called their 800 number a dozen times that they don't answer. Buy American Made pay more get lots more that is my recommendation. I learned.

Love these chairs! came in just a few days, easy to put together, and feel very durable. I only wish I was able to order a matching table to go with them.

Easy ordering process. Fast delivery. Good quality product. Easy to follow assembly instructions.

Very happy with furniture. A little bit time consuming in putting them together, but I think it was worth it.
