SerwallReviews of serwalloutdoor.com

Heard back from costumer service and send chair did arrive the next day Easy to assemble and tools include

Quick shipping. I ordered the Adirondack chair as a gift, and she loved it. It was not too difficult to assemble, and the fact that it folds is a nice feature. The color options are what one me over. I will be back to buy some for my family.

Haven’t put chairs together. Will next season. Looking good from open box.

Excellent products

I have 4 Serwall adirondack chairs and a deck dining table, besides. I am very happy with all these items. Great products, and the service was seamless.

Great product Easy to assemble

The assembly instructions are poor and hard to follow. The fixing pin/bolt is far too big to fit in the hole in the leg making it useless.

I want to send them back but no one tell me how. They weight 23 lbs. They are much to heavy. I have asked repeaterly how to send them back but no one help me. Please tell me how to send them back, they are nice to look at but are much to heavy to ppull them up to a table.
