Positive outcome after complaint
UPDATE: Daniel, the first customer service rep I had the privilege to speak to, read my initial (now modified) negative review and proactively followed-up. He petitioned his manager, Yas and they apologized for their mistake. Serwall sent me a second grey chair to match what we first ordered. If I were not to have written the review below, now partially modified, and most importantly, if it were not for Daniel following up with his manager and the manager, Yas doing what is right, the outcome would not have been as successful as it is now. Key lesson: Employ more people with integrity and empathy like Daniel and Yas who conscientiously follow-up on their customer conversations and reviews. Much appreciated. You have redeemed your reputation! Modified Initial Complaint: We ordered two chairs, both the same colors. Upon arrival, one chair was blue, and another was gray. I called customer service, and the gentleman was very helpful. He told me to utilize the company website and explain the problem, namely that it was not my fault the company sent two chairs, each with a different color. The response I got back from the Customer No Service desk was that they were sorry, the chairs we're 'broken' and that I would need to contact Amazon. Clearly, she never bothered to read my email. I also sent the shipping labels and the SKU #' as Daniel suggested.
