I received great customer service, both on the phone and through email correspondence. Everything was explained ahead of time how it would work to order extra pieces. Pkg arrived in a reasonable amount of time with all parts needed. Highly would recommend purchasing anything from them and rest assured your product will come as stated. Easy peasy assembly. Screws are not stainless steel, worries on coastal rust out. Price point is on point.

Like the rocking chairs. They are stylish and look good on our front porch. Went together fairly well. What we did differently from your instructions was to use a drill for the screws instead of the hex wrench. The wrench was not easy to attach and didn't fit the screws well.

This is not our first Serwall purchase. As with all our other pieces, they look good, are easy to assemble and are very sturdy. Compared with other HDPE furniture for sale, Serwall pieces are a bargain.
