Return policy sucks
The software works, but their subscription policy sucks. They auto bill for renews and NO REFUNDS if you cancel.

To help with this, we send a reminder email 30 days before each renewal with full details and a direct link to cancel, no hoops to jump through, just one click. Our policy is consistent with industry standards for subscription software: once a renewal processes, we're unable to issue refunds, but canceling anytime before prevents future charges.
