I am writing this review based upon ServMask's business practice. Before you decide to purchase their paid plugin (which is ONLY available via a subscription) know that they will NOT refund your subscription even if you don't want it (even within seconds after receiving the invoice). For any reason. Even if that reason is, "we sent you an email 30 days ago" which was never received. The industry REALLY has to get plugin developers like this out of the market. Refunds should be a normal course of business for subscription-based services that are not transparent about renewal.

I bought the All-in-One WP Migration…
The extension failed on my restore: after more than an hour it stopped with an error and the migration never finished. That can happen. What made this a one-star experience is the support.
On 1 September I explained the problem and asked for a refund. Instead of helping, support replied with a standard request for screenshots of an error that had already cost me hours. I answered and sent a reminder, and since then I've heard nothing. More than a month later there is still no refund and no reply.
I dont like to give one star reviews but it feels like this is the only way to make contact.

My experience has been very disappointing.
My experience with ServMask has been very disappointing.
I purchased a plan that allows the plugin to be used on **up to 50 websites**, but my membership was suspended after only about one month. I had only installed and used the plugin on **3 websites**, despite paying for a 50-site plan.
I have no idea why my membership was suspended. What is even more frustrating is that ServMask has neither reactivated my membership nor provided a refund for the amount I paid.
I paid for a 50-site plan and barely used a small portion of it. I believe I deserve a clear explanation for the suspension and either **reactivation of my membership or a full refund**.
Unfortunately, my experience with ServMask’s support so far has been very disappointing. I hope they resolve this issue fairly and promptly.

Hi Ahmed,
Thanks for taking the time to write. We would rather respond openly than leave this unanswered.
First, for anyone else reading: the number of websites used is not the reason this licence was withdrawn. We do not suspend accounts for normal use within a plan.
The review leaves out the relevant fact. A payment dispute was filed against the renewal charge two days after it was processed. Our policy, applied consistently to every customer and regardless of how the dispute is decided, is that filing a payment dispute results in permanent licence revocation. It exists to protect us from repeated disputes and misuse. In this case the payment provider reviewed the claim and decided it in our favour on 21 August.
The reason for the revocation was explained in writing on 10 August and again on 23 August, so it should not have come as a surprise.
We will not discuss account details publicly. If you would like to continue using our products, you are welcome to start a new subscription. Our team is reachable at [email protected].

This Isn't a Tool—It's Spyware That Holds Your Backups Hostage.
I paid for the All-in-One WP Migration Unlimited Extension. What I discovered in its code is not just disappointing; it's unethical, deceptive, and dangerous.
Do not be fooled by its simple marketing. This plugin is engineered to spy on you and control the software you paid for.
You Are Not a Customer; You Are a Surveillance Target.
A real license check is simple, local, and transparent. This plugin does the following :
• Silently Sends Your Data: It phones home every time you use it, sharing your site's details without asking.
• Spies Inside Your WordPress Dashboard: It injects Google Tag Manager into your private admin area to track every click and page view you make.
• Remotely Controls Your Access: The "Unlimited" license you bought is permanently counted and monitored on their servers. If they can't phone home, your plugin can stop working.
The "Unlimited" License Is a Trap.
"Unlimited" does not mean what you think. It means:
• Your usage is forever tracked on ServMask's servers.
• Your count never resets, even if you uninstall.
• Your access depends on their servers being online.
You are not buying software; you are renting functionality under constant surveillance.
For agencies and freelancers, this is a nightmare:
• Client Data Betrayal: It silently reports every client site you migrate to ServMask.
• Hidden Compliance Risk: You are embedding undisclosed tracking into your clients' secure admin panels, potentially violating privacy laws without knowing it.
• Single Point of Failure: A backup tool that requires an internet connection to restore a site is fundamentally broken. If ServMask's servers go down during your disaster recovery, you are helpless.
Final Words:
This plugin treats paying users with contempt. It is built on a foundation of:
• Secrecy (undisclosed tracking)
• Surveillance (admin-side analytics)
• Control (remote DRM)
• Deception (misleading "Unlimited" terms)
If you value:
• Privacy for yourself and your clients
• Transparency from tools you depend on
• Reliability in critical backup software
• Ethical conduct from companies you support
STAY AWAY. DO NOT INSTALL. DO NOT PAY.
There are ethical alternatives that perform the same job without treating you like a criminal and a data point. Reward those companies instead. This behavior must not become the standard.

Free-Versionen von Plugins werden…
Warnung: Dieses Plugin ist eine Geldfalle – by Design.
Der Ablauf ist kein Zufall:
Backup erstellen – funktioniert.
Backup importieren – Ladebalken bleibt stehen.
Damit du an dir zweifelst.

Greedy company with poor values and…
Greedy company with poor values and horrid customer service. Their yearly subscription email warning landed in my spam, I contacted them ON THE DAY of the payment to cancel my subscription and get a refund and was met only with poor manners and a terrible service.
Avoid this plugin and company at all costs, just do a simple search and you will find better FREE alternatives. Do not throw your money at them.

We totally understand that subscription renewals can sometimes catch people off guard.
To help avoid surprises, we send a reminder email 30 days before each renewal date with all the details and a direct link to manage or cancel your subscription. Cancellations are quick and fully automated: just click the link, choose a reason, and you're done. That link is available year-round, not just at renewal time.
Since the renewal was processed as scheduled and no cancellation was made beforehand, we're unable to issue a refund per our Refund Policy: https://servmask.com/legal/refunds
By continuing to use the Service or renewing your subscription, you accept our current Terms and Conditions, including any updates: https://servmask.com/legal/terms

I used this company one time and a year…
I used this company one time and a year later I was charged for an auto renew. I immediately replied that I no longer needed the service and asked them to refund the new 1 year fee of $69, with in 15 minutes of seeing the charge. A day later I received an email from Kwan Wachinee, Senior Customer Success Specialist, stating that they understand that this can happen, but since they emailed me 30 days prior, the don't have to refund me because their Terms and Conditions say so. Well I never received any 30 day notice. I am a SAAS reseller and I have refunded clients on $197 monthly renewals if they cancel within 24 hours because it's good business. This company clearly does not care about being a " good business". The good news now is that we no longer need to use a WordPress migration plugin. Since Manus or Claude can copy a website in minutes, bottom feeders like this will quickly become obsolete.
