I am writing this review based upon ServMask's business practice. Before you decide to purchase their paid plugin (which is ONLY available via a subscription) know that they will NOT refund your subscription even if you don't want it (even within seconds after receiving the invoice). For any reason. Even if that reason is, "we sent you an email 30 days ago" which was never received. The industry REALLY has to get plugin developers like this out of the market. Refunds should be a normal course of business for subscription-based services that are not transparent about renewal.

I liked this plugin, but for the past few months I haven't been able to use it to restore any of my backups; the limit is too small, and I have to pay to increase it. So, first of all, I don't want it to prevent me from making backups if that's the case.

The extension failed on my restore: after more than an hour it stopped with an error and the migration never finished. That can happen. What made this a one-star experience is the support. On 1 September I explained the problem and asked for a refund. Instead of helping, support replied with a standard request for screenshots of an error that had already cost me hours. I answered and sent a reminder, and since then I've heard nothing. More than a month later there is still no refund and no reply. I dont like to give one star reviews but it feels like this is the only way to make contact.

I ran into a serious error message when updating our WordPress website. I tried doing an All-in-one Backup but it failed too. I contacted ServMask support and they quickly assisted me in finding the bad Plugin which when disabled we were able to load the backup and restore out=r website. Thanks Support Team!

My experience with ServMask has been very disappointing. I purchased a plan that allows the plugin to be used on **up to 50 websites**, but my membership was suspended after only about one month. I had only installed and used the plugin on **3 websites**, despite paying for a 50-site plan. I have no idea why my membership was suspended. What is even more frustrating is that ServMask has neither reactivated my membership nor provided a refund for the amount I paid. I paid for a 50-site plan and barely used a small portion of it. I believe I deserve a clear explanation for the suspension and either **reactivation of my membership or a full refund**. Unfortunately, my experience with ServMask’s support so far has been very disappointing. I hope they resolve this issue fairly and promptly.
