All-in-One WP Migration is an absolutely essential part of my toolbox! I use it almost every day as part of my work flow and i'd be lost without it. I've never had a single issue with ServMask's service and cannot reccomend their product highly enough :^)

Today i made a purchase because i have to do a urgent migration, the website fail, i contact support, and they say they can't give me the software or refund my money, so i have to wait and loss business because they don't trust send me a software they can cut at any time even if im a customer for years. Answer: This is not true, i get charge that day and i send the information to your support team, then because i really need the software try with PayPal but your buggy website crash, even now, i have 3 products i buy from you and i can't have access since your system don't send me emails. I had an emergency and try to count with your platform and wasn't the case. I'm being a customer for years and i always buy your products even when they are for free all over internet. You could made an exception and help me solve my problem in the middle of the waiting, but you chose to ignore me even when I REPEAT, my old purchases NOW are inaccessible.

Hi Pablo. I am sorry that you did not have a good experience. I have reviewed your interactions with our customer support. Unfortunately, your bank has declined your payment (you have not been charged) and thus the support team was unable to give you the product. You could contact your bank to figure out what the issue is or you can try to purchase the product again. Unfortunately, we don't have a trial for our products at this time. I am looking forward to talk to you again if you need more assistance.
