We are sorry to hear you’re unhappy, but your claims are inaccurate. We do not and cannot start subscriptions without user knowledge. All of our products are clearly sold as annual subscriptions, and we send a notification email 30 days before renewal, giving users ample time to cancel if they choose not to continue. Our refund policy is transparent and states that all sales are final. We have never claimed otherwise. If you used the product and later requested a refund, we’re sorry, but that does not meet the conditions for a refund. We always strive to provide clear communication and fair service to all users.
