After reading a few negative reviews in Reddit, I expected it will be a challenge to get my phone fixed. Surprisingly the process was easy and smooth. I got my replacement in no time.

Making the appointment was quick and easy, even better when I showed up! They promptly took my phone and let me know when I could have it returned later in the day. While picking it up they made a few suggestions to avoid having the same issue and the entire time, they did so with a smile. This to me, was great service.

Garbage. I bought a new phone from Best buy. 10 days later, my phone reset and I was locked out of it due to it being "reported lost" or " a "trade in issue". It was never lost and I never agreed to any trade in. I called servify twice. The first time I was referred to a third party local company, that promptly told me that they didn't know how to fix such a thing. I called again and I was told to email them and they would reply back with the code to unlock it. well guess what, that takes 24-48 hours. WHY THE HECK IS THAT A THING! I am at 30 hours now and I cannot believe this a modern company. How could this possibly take more than 10 minutes to fix. I have never had a computer virus that was as annoying as this. Total garbage.

The Samsung customer care + team was great in providing me the information and guiding me through the claims process. I did run into a snag in the claims process but the agent was very efficient in helping me through the claims process. You can contact a real human at Samsung when you need extra help which in today's robot world really GREAT!🤗🙂

Easy process. The online claim system was easy to go through, costs were transparent and was easy to schedule with a local repair center. Thrilled I bought the Care+ plan.
