The submission process was confusing and a little muddled. Website submission did not work. Speedy return in the end. They ended up finding no hardware needed fixing so still trying to figure out what the problem is.

Asurion did great. Samsung warranty payment email had time wasting link. 4 people lost 2 hours tine trying to confirm phone was covered. Phone was repaired. Had no idea what was fixed. Didn't appreciate that. Was an LCD ribbon cable unplugged,? Seemed to me

The process of filing my claim, constant updates on the status of my phone repair was great! The whole process of when I sent my phone to when I received it back was faster than expected. They went above and beyond to make sure my phone looked new again after the repair. I only spoke to an agent when I 1st filed my claim and that was great too. They made the process easy and reassured everything was going to be taken care of.

The filing process was easy, I'm pleased with the overall repair. They offered good customer service. The only issue I have is, somehow my fingerprint authentication was changed. My fingerprint is no longer recognized. Not sure how this happened because I gave my PIN number to the technician. Besides this, I am pleased with the repair and service.
