Our rep is awesome, but his backup is horrible.
Our customer service rep is awesome...but the company's lack of concern for the accounting side is horrible. Your software is useless unless you have an accounting side to it. You need to devote more resources to the bridge between ST and QB. This bridge has been plagued with issues for the 3 years we have been on board....in fact in 3 years, I do not know what my bank balance is due to all the export failures.....we are contemplating other platforms because of the lack of help and the amount of issues we have with the exporting function...in fact my accountant is asking for more money from me, because of all the issues.

Getting great support.
The product is awesome and so is my new advisor Sam. he gets back to me with real information that moves my use of the product in small ways continually. These small assists are so important int he overall use of the software its making a HUGE impact.
