Ordered 80 rolls of toliet paper on March 18 for $137.00. The order went thru and money taken out of my account and I got free shipping. Two days later the price for the same stuff was over $190.00. Oh I was thinking this is a problem so I emailed them to get an eta and they said I had to pay an extra $30 since I called and to call back the next day. I called back and they confirmed it was an extra 30.00 because they have to bring in extra product. I told him that they excepted payment at that price and told me I got free shipping so that’s what I want. They said I had to pay the $30 or they won’t ship out so I just told them to refund my money. I still haven’t got my money back. By the way their phone number rang over to Divine medical. In my opinion this is a scam I would not have ordered through divine medical because they have a extremely bad rating on the internet. I guess I’m in a bad place.

Completely inept staff or dysfunctional organizational structure. Zero attention to communications and customer support seems to be based on emotional appeal to sympathy. It's a pretty pathetic example of a private business. Definitely resembles something more like what I would expect from a public sector operation

I ordered surface disinfecting wipes based on the description as 50 count. They sent me one count. When I contacted them about the discrepancy, Serfinity stood by sending me one wipe for $9.95 plus $4.95 shipping. Serfinity practices deception and price gouging in the face of a public health crisis. Bad bad people. Stay away! UPDATE: Vendor – thank you for apologizing for the “confusion.“ I have been unable by phone, email, or your website to get instructions to return this item. Please back up your apology by telling me how to return this item for a refund.

I received the wrong product. I called, emailed, sent pictures and followed up for my refund many times with no luck. Finally I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. My experience was horrible and their inability to solve a simple issue was very frustrating!

In this time of the Coronavirus Like we all know the market shelves Are empty with toilet paper I found Serfinity Medical on line and ordered A case of angel soft toilet paper Monday Afternoon and it arrived Thursday After 3 days what a great job they Did I was a little hesitant to place My order with them being my first time But without I doubt I will use them again Good job Serfinity Medical 5 stars Without question Would give ten Stars if I could THANK YOU AGAIN

Very good product but miserable service. My first order took months to straighten out with communication being all but non existent. When the brace arrived I realized that I had ordered the wrong size. When I reordered the correct size the delivery was much better however to this day they have made it impossible to return the original. Extremely lousy service.

I gave this company 5 stars for their excellent services and fast delivery. They sent part of my orders and informed me that the rest of the order are in back order. I received a few days later as soon as the got them in stock. Very happy and highly recommended.
