If I could give them 0 stars I would. They never sent my $60 order for books for students with autism and now they aren’t responding to my emails. If they redeem themselves, I’ll update my review but as of now, they are thieves. Update: I did ultimately receive my order a month after the order was placed. That being said, their response to delay was poor and I would never order from them again. So not thieves, just a poorly operated business.

Very good product but miserable service. My first order took months to straighten out with communication being all but non existent. When the brace arrived I realized that I had ordered the wrong size. When I reordered the correct size the delivery was much better however to this day they have made it impossible to return the original. Extremely lousy service.
