SCAM ALERT Ordered zinc on April 6th for my 86 yr old mother recovering from Covid 19. I was advised it was in stock and to place my order. Charged me for the order, advised me that it would ship on April 13th with 2 day FedEx delivery. I called on April 15th and was advised it hadn't shipped and they were unable to tell me when it would ship. I requested they cancel my order and refund my money. I have emailed and left voicemails, no reply and no refund.

They are fake. Do not buy from here. They should be investigated. I ordered Geri-Care Mineral Supplement Zinc Sulfate, paid $69.95 for expedited shipping. After 10 days still didn't receive it. Emailed them but no answer.

Fake, I bought alere afinion 3 months ago and they said hasn’t in stock but will be send after I got paid shipping too and they never makes refund !! I got it paid over $ 700.

No integrity, unprofessional, will get people killed, don't buy from them. Ordered an oxygen concentrator March 27, 2020 for my father, who is is ill with a chronic respiratory issue. Customer service told me that the item was in stock and that it would ship the following week. I paid $700 for it on the spot. I relied on this, potentially as a life-impacting situation. Two weeks went by and I had no update. I asked the company and they said that they had shipped the item I paid for to another customer. Serfinity said it would be 2-3 months before another one was available. They basically took my money, caused me to rely on their promise, and this prevented me from buying a similar item from somewhere else while it was in stock. Now they are sold out in many places.

I am very thankful that my order arrived today within a great time frame. I do agree that the customer service is very slow and non-respondent. But maybe we should cut them some slack during this crisis . Looks like the earlier reviews were great.

I placed two orders on March 12 and 13th including an order for a PAPR as I am a first responder. I have received no updates on my orders yet they charged my credit card without a problem. I have called multiple times and no answer. I have been online several times and they answered once and said to wait until the end of the month. I tried multiple times to reach the company yesterday the 31st as well as today April 1st. No response. Went online and waited for online response and nothing despite waiting over an hour. I want a refund. Luckily I used American Express. I may need to contact the Attorney General of Illinois. Reading the other recent reviews it seems as though they used to be an OK company but in the wake of the Coronavirus they have become an unscrupulous company.

Do not order from serfinity. I ordered a pressure relieving boot for my dad on March 24th. He has a stage 3 pressure ulcer that is getting worse. They have not shipped my order. Nobody even answers the phone when I tried to call and nobody has responded to my email! I don't think they are open, do not order from them!!!

I placed an order almost two weeks ago with this company. It said the supplies I was ordering was in stock and would ship within 1-2 business days. I still have not gotten a shipping confirmation or a package. I also see the same thing I order is half the price of what I paid. I have tried online chat, calling and email with no reply . Finally answered by simply cancelling my order and saying they will refund me in a few days. I didn't ask for a refund, I wanted the product I was promised. It still says it is in stock on their website, yet then customer service says they don't have it? Terrible customer service and a waste of money. Avoid this company.
