I ordered a product on Aug 31 and was charged my credit card and after a week I reached out to costumer service to get confirmation and was told Im was in back order and would be sent out in a few weeks then received another email saying it would be sent out first week in Oct. today sep25 I received another

Hello - I am disappointed in my dealings with Serfinity . The item I ordered , Halo Grab rail , was incorrectly described . The description did not warn customer that the item was only for hospital beds only. The next dissatisfied is I had to pay shipping back AND pay a 35% restocking fee. I called to see if adjustments could be made , no change was made. So for an item that is $390 , I paid $30 to ship back and the restocking fee of $100. My gosh !

BUYERS BEWARE!! If you aren't absolutely sure if you will want to keep the product you want to buy from this company, you might want to consider buying elsewhere. They don't honor their own return policies and gave me a reason that was not disclosed at all when I was purchasing the item. Now I am stuck with something I can't use.

Do not buy from here. On September 16 I ordered one bottle of Henry Schein Henry Schein Urispec Urinalysis Test Strip 11 Way 100/Bt. After one month still didn't receive it. After a recent phone conversation, they said that they will receive the product on October 29 and then they will send to me. I think this is a fake company and they should be investigated.

Do not order from this company. One star is too many. I ordered a box of ten wound pads and was sent one pad. In three weeks. Then they tried to tell me I only ordered one pad and that 10 cost $112. Interesting that I've been buying the same box of 10 on Amazon for $30.
