Bad product,bad company!Not the product that I was…
Not the product that I was expecting,super chalky,bad coverage. Had e mailed and called many many times,phone line always busy and no response back from the emails. Just want my 63$ back!take back your product.Caution to future Byers! I really wish I would have read this reviews instead of the ones posted on their site! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!

Customer service sucks!
Very long shipping times and Customer service sucks. I bought the wrong color and wanted to exchange it for another color, I've sent several emails with no response. Will not buy from them again.

It was a such a nice experience using…
It was a such a nice experience using the product Serentia Elixir+Cream, it was so soft on my skin. The sponge applicator is wonderful, you can glide it across your skin or dab your skin, flawless finish in no time at all. It does not dry out my skin and keeps the coverage on my face all day, no need to reapply, I love it. My skin feels super nourished afterwards.The fresh look stays all day too.

So dissapointed! They changed the colour of product then totally ignored my complaint!
Sooo dissapointed! Absolutley loved this, so I bought 2 more. When it arrived they had changed the formulation AND colour! Its still named the same shade " buff beige" but its completely different colour. It now no longer suits me. I have sent 5 emails now asking for help or an explaination and have been completely ignored.

Disaster, wrong shade , no reply from customer service
I ordered two buff beige foundations but when I tried it , the colour did not match my skintone. I contacted support as indicated on their site. I used the contact page but got no answer. I sent two e-mails but got no answer. So I resend a message through their contact page. If they finally reply to me and fix my problem by sending a new shade I will change this post. I am really disappointed because their customer service was said to be reactive.

Unauthorized subscription + worst product I've ever tried
I made the mistake of placing one order with Serentia Shop. One order. That was enough to get me enrolled in a subscription I never agreed to, charging me €34.33 every single month for a pressed powder I didn't ask to receive on repeat. The product itself? Genuinely one of the worst cosmetics I have ever encountered. I'm not exaggerating for effect — I have used drugstore powders costing less than €2 that performed better in every measurable way: coverage, finish, texture, longevity. This one manages to fail on all fronts simultaneously. But the real issue is that I cannot cancel. The subscription keeps renewing, the charges keep coming, and there is no functional way to stop it. This is not a minor inconvenience — it is a predatory billing practice. I am now disputing the charges with my bank and reporting this to the relevant consumer protection authorities. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this shop entirely.
