Great product, I ordered the wrong size ring and their customer service was very easy to work with to correct the problem.

I recently made a purchase for my girlfriend of a ring 💍 in January 2025. My girlfriend noticed in mid April that the center stone fell out and couldn’t find it On May 17th,I wrote the service team about what took place and to ask about warranty on my purchase and quickly received a response and solution to my issue. Beautiful Ring. Great quality! I had to contact Customer support about the color of the ring kinda fading. They got back with me in a few short days and sent me a replacement ring right out, with no other questions ask! Will definitely purchase more items in the future!
