Serene WesternReviews of serenewestern.com

Serene western did a wonderful job putting my order together. They spent time making it and constructing it. I was honestly very surprised on how elegant both of the rings were. Definitely quality made. These rings look much better than some in a jewelry store. Thank you for putting a blessed smile on my face. The only thing I would change is for the customer to be able to pick their free ring they receive with order otherwise I have no complaints. Thank you again. Regards Mary brohm

I received my order. The pieces are absolutely beautiful! The pieces are great quality and i can't wait to wear them. I however had an issues with sizing, they were just a bit to small. I contacted support for an exchange and was immediately responded to with instructions. They made it so easy. Now I just have to wait for the correct sizes.

The jewelry is beautiful and well made. Customer service is top notch as they reply in a professional and efficient way. Thank you!

The ring that I received lost three tiny stones after the third day of wearing it. The send me a replacement immediately and so far no issues with the new ring. Beautiful ring and very pleased with customer service.

Great communication, the ring is beautiful!!! Will buy from again!

You can fully trust you’ll get excellent customer service with timely replies from Serene Western. My exchange was handled with the utmost ease. This was my first order through this company and I will order again due to this experience. The 5 rings I ordered all met my expectations.

I was not sure what to expect when I needed to exchange after the 30 days. You listened to me and responded by going above and beyond my expectations. Thank you and God bless
