I ordered my 3 rings dec 15th and still have not received them. Their Timeline says 10-12 days but it's been well over that & on the website it still says processing. I have reached out to their customer service 3 times and have not heard a single word back from them. The jewelry looks beautiful online but i wouldn't know if it really is!

The jewelry is marked as 925 Sterling But it is actually silver over base metal and after a very short time of wearing the base metal is showing through I’ve asked for a refund. I’m still waiting on it. They will not answer emails. It takes them over a week to reply and then they change what they stated in a previous email please. save your money do not buy from this company. They look beautiful, but they will not last but a short time.

I didn’t receive any of the items I paid for and received one ring I didn’t order. I have reached out through their customer service email called the number supposedly for customer service and it’s is not a professional number and I still left a voicemail, I have tried for months now to reach someone for a full refund since I never received my order and I am in process of filing a police report for fraud and theft. I would not recommend this company to anyone I know.

This company is scammy. Shipping is horrible, customer service is horrible, the ring quality is horrible. Packaging is cheap. You’re better off going through amazon!!!

MY ring arrived and I loved it. Worn it the same day. No washing dishes with it or my hands the ring was removed. Worn it again a few days later and had many complaints. Again off when doing dishes and washing hands. Put it on for the 3rd time in mother's day. Showed it to a friend when she said you have a stone missing. Sure enough not the birth stone but the one to the side. It sits in my jewelry box never to be worn again. After 3 days 3 days. I wrote them but never heard back

Jewelry is worthless. I was gifted a set that was absolutely gorgeous, but after a week of wearing it, it started to change colors from silver to copperish-brown. All the ‘silver’ started to wear off and look disgusting. This company is such a rip off. I would NOT recommend buying anything from them if you want to wear it longer than a week.

I’ve been trying to exchange a ring and have not been very successful getting a hold of the company by phone. No answer and voice mailbox full. Through email they don’t give me the return instructions but just suggest another item.
