I ordered what I thought was the correct size, however it was too large. The ring is beautiful so I requested an exchange. Zoey was amazing in helping me to identify the right size and when I had trouble returning due to tariffs from Australia, she offered a solution straight away. I ordered a beautifully crafted ring, the Nebula Drop Ring, from Serene Western. It arrived quickly and the packaging was beautiful. When I tried it on, I realized I accidentally forgot to take into account that it is a wider band, which means I should have ordered one size larger. When I reached out to their support and offered to exchange the ring for a larger size, they blew me away by their response. They told me to keep the ring I received and they would send me a size larger at no extra cost! I am TOTALLY WOWed by their stellar customer service. I will definitely be ordering from them again in the future.

Beautiful Rings, but a bit too small. The Company responded promptly to my request to change the rings to a different size. I like the customer service and the quality of the products.
