I have been waiting over two weeks for my items to ship, despite being told shipping would take 3–5 days. The order still has not been sent. I emailed the company three days ago and have received no response. This is very poor customer service.

Places order on 05/24/2026. On page it stated 5-7 business days for shipping. Received confimation email right away that order was received. on 06/03/2026 sent an email questioning where order was as it was showing not shipped. 06/10/2026 I sent another email. on 06/12/2026 they sent me an email with a tracing number. Prior to this email they sent an email stating they were sorry and since their items are strongly wanted they were behind I guess. I have been checking this tracking number ever since and USPS states cannot find info on it. I just sent another email today stating I want a refund, which is sad cause I really want this jewelry.

Customer service is a joke. Ordered and paid for 3 rings. Still have not been shipped 3 weeks later. Have asked several times about status and get a vague response say they have received my email and are reviewing it. Have asked for a refund twice and no response. Dont buy from these scammers I am out 165 bucks.

Ordered items 16 days ago that boasted a 5-9 day delivery time. No communication from the company about this error, I had to engage them for an answer. They said items would ship “soon”, which was 5 days ago and according to their own tracking system the order isn’t even ready to be shipped. This order should be free. More importantly, these were for my wife. Statistically speaking I will likely live another 50 years which coincidentally is the same amount of time I’ll be telling people not to buy from Serene Western, weird.

I made a $160 purchase in December 2025. I forgot about the order until March 2026. I emailed them to let them know that I never received my order. The tracking showed " label created." They said it had been delivered and that I could not have a refund. They said they would replace the order if I pay another shipping fee. I sent them a copy of my receipt that showed I had shipping protection and nowhere did the tracking say it had been delivered. This company is a horrible company, poor customer service. They committed theft with me. I will follow through with reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I do not recommend trusting this company.

This company has horrible customer service. I later found out after I had already ordered. They are actually out of China. They list themselves as a local company born out of the desert of Arizona, but they actually do not have a physical number address only a street name. I ordered a ring back on January 9th and to this day still have not received it and since January 19th, it has been sitting in a warehouse apparently in Los Angeles.They have poor communication, and they have charged me for the item.I still have not received a refund!! They continue to apologize and say they're sending out another gift but if I didn't get the first item why would I wait for a second one They are not what they seem.! To date I still have not received my item I ordered or received a refund nor any confirmation I am even going to get one or the other. They do not respond.

This has been the worst customer service I have ever had with a company. It’s been a month still have not received my jewelry and I have a bad feeling. I’m gonna be sending it back. It’s only coming from New York. I had to threaten them with fraud charges to get them to even answer my emails do not order from them. I will complete my review when I receive this jewelry and I have a bad feeling about it.

I made two purchases from this company in which they took money from my CC accounts and failed to send or deliver the product I purchased. dent inquiries and get no response. first purchase December 15, 20025 and second 01-05-26
