1 Star – Extremely Disappointed with the Quality I received my Competitive Spirit Necklace Turquoise Stone today, and I was so excited to receive it. Unfortunately, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment. The shipping box arrived badly mangled. While I understand that shipping damage isn't always the seller's fault, I was disappointed to find that the necklace itself was packaged with the chain completely tangled into a knot. It took me nearly 20 minutes to carefully untangle it before I could even inspect the necklace. Once I did, I was shocked by the quality. The chain is extremely thin and feels very flimsy, and the clasp arrived broken, making the necklace unwearable right out of the box. The pendant and chain look much cheaper than they appeared on the Serene Western website. For the price I paid, especially after the Canadian dollar exchange, I expected a quality piece of jewelry. Instead, I received a necklace that feels poorly made and not worth the money. This has been a very disappointing first experience with Serene Western, and I will not be purchasing from them again. Based on my experience, I would encourage potential buyers to carefully consider whether the product quality matches the images shown on the website before ordering.

Read the reviews, they say it all! I ordered over a month ago and no delivery, no customer service and no gift! What a scam!!! I wish I would have read the reviews before I wasted my time and money with this company!

No customer service haven't received my order it's been 3cweeks I'll never order from this company again

I ordered a ring 3 weeks ago, and it still hasn't shipped, and havent heard anything from them after trying to get ahold of them. Do yourself a favor and never order anything from this company. I feel as if i lost $100 to a scam.

Ordered ring said it shipped the June 17th and I would get it no later then the June 28th. Today is July 1st no ring and no one will answer the phone . I have sent five emails no answer. I have never had such horrible customer service.

Please do yourself a favor and NEVER order from this company! It took 2 weeks to receive my ring (mind you it shipped from 2.5 hrs away from where I live). The quality is very poor and depicts a nicer ring on their website than what you actually receive. Customer service is awful. They never respond. My specific rings middle gem was very loose and rattled when worn. Originally contacted on June 13th and it is now June 29th with no resolution on returning it or a refund. I provided video proof and was only offered an exchange or credit for a different item. Even though their website specifically states you can be refunded for a defective item. Bad reviews on BBB and they lie about their Trust Pilot rating. Overall, I feel this company is a scam and more people should be aware of them!
