SE RankingReviews of seranking.com

SE Ranking's tool is useful and incorporates a lot of helpful tools, including the ability to run website audits, competitor analysis, keyword ranking and more. Unfortunately, the customer service level lets things down. Hence my average 3-star rating. Without making it clear to customers, subscriptions are on auto-renewal, which is cheeky, let alone unfair that it isn't made clear OR easy to uncheck. You dont actually know until it becomes close to the end of your subscription. It's then difficult and not customer-centric/focused to make it quick/easy to turn it off. A case in point is recently, my subsciption expired and they tried to to automatically take £108 (which i hadn't approved). Initially and fortunately, my bank declined the payment and I arranged a cheaper/more appropriate subscription for my needs, which I paid for. meanwhile, SE Ranking continued to try and take the £108 payment, which went through after I'd already paid for a new subscription and my account had already updated with what I'd authorised. SE Ranking don't reply to emails and follow up about my refund request, ignoring customers is bad in itself! After much back and forth over a few weeks, they responded to say they woulnd't refund the £108, despite my account clearly showing I'd already paid for another subscription and so now I'm paying over the odds. I continue to follow up to no avail and they don't seem to care about customer service or retaining customers, which is a shame given the tool itself is good.

Easy to understand all-in-one SEO platform for a very decent price. Hope you'll guys can stick to the pricing model and I'll be a happy customer forever!

пользуюсь самым простым тарифом, но обязательно перейду на лучший. мне удобнее чем серпстат

Se Ranking is really great tool. I'm using it for every of my client's projects. I like it most for it's interface that is able to show complicated things in easy way in well organized groups. My best practice is using it on every existing project that must be SEOptimized as it take just a few time to setup main metrics and receive a lot of useful information and check it during first months.

SE Ranking is a tool that is changing the way I work. I can no longer do without this precious tool to see the fate of my site. I recommend it because doing the dirty work for me and really helps me a lot.

A very useful SEO Tool: I'm using SE Ranking since 6 months when we started our SEO campaign for our startup. And the pricing is very attractive !!!
