no refunds and limited functionality.
one of the very few companies who don't offer 100% refund for subscriptions. I subscribed and upon review of the api, it did not meet our requirements. I asked for a refund and they said no we don't offer refunds, but in this instance we can offer you a refund less a 9% fee!!! their api is limited. their mobile app is rubbish. I recommend you go with semrush.

Hi Justin, we have investigated this case. Regarding API, your concern related to the inability to add keywords via the API. But there is a possibility to add and we've sent you our instruction: https://seranking.com/api-project-management.html#anchor10 As for limits, SEO Data which is extra data - https://seranking.com/api-seo-data.html cost is described on the website and is not hidden from our Users. Moreover, we provide free 14 days trial with no credit card attachments. Mobile App is also absolutely free for online.seranking.com subscribers and, unfortunately, we haven't received feedback regarding Mobile App. We provide refunds: https://seranking.com/terms-of-use.html The Service Administration of the Service does not refund paid but unused funds, except for cases when poor, inconsistent with the Service obligations, service is delivered or as specified by the special promotion. Thanks for your review, it helps us improving our platform.

The renewal is set to automatic and is…
The renewal is set to automatic and is very difficult to cancel. It can’t be cancelled within the software - you have to log in to the check out service & even then is far from obvious. The instructions that they send have no link through - you have to google how to cancel. The email that is sent says to use a password that has been generated to cancel but there isn’t one - you have to reset it.
Response from SE RankingDec 13, 2019
Hi John, we are sorry there were difficulties cancelling your subscription. We provide instruction right on Subscription page and send notifications with detailed guidelines 7 days before renewal.

Awesome tracking software
Awesome tracking software. Reliable. Easy to organize and manage multiple clients. Very few issues but when we do have them, support is great and actually addresses them. Also has a Google Data Studio connector.
