We understand that it may be hard to keep track of all your subscriptions, so we send two email notifications about the upcoming renewal: the first one is sent 7 days in advance, and the second one follows 1 day before the due date. Furthermore, you can cancel the subscription directly in your account at any moment if you aren’t going to renew any longer. We are sorry to hear that you didn’t intend to renew, however, our Terms of Service stipulate that a refund may only be issued if the service could not be provided as advertised, and, unfortunately, we cannot make an exception in your case.

I appreciate that this company is able to work with me. Overall I love their product - It has every feature we need for SEO, client reporting for Ads and Google Business, as well as SEO training and login. It gives us the ability to automate reporting to our clients. I am looking forward to integrating their API with our workflows as this is going to save us additional time.

I use it for rank tracking. SE ranking has clear design, rich functionality. I like SERP analysis feature. It helps a lot moreover during the updates and serp volatility.

Pros: Clear data, excellent keyword tool, smart content tool, competitor analysis tool, reasonable price, clean interface, and a well-designed project dashboard. Cons: The website audit speed (for large e-commerce projects, it takes more than 10 minutes). I believe it can be improved. Regardless, I'm giving it 5 stars because it's been the best SEO platform experience for me in a long time. Hoping you guys will focus on speeding up the website audit.

Horrible company with bad service. They don't reply and there is no option to unsubscribe from their annoying mails. Stay away from this company.

Very misleading information when signing up to a paid plan. Paid £89 per month for access to historic keyword data as it clearly stated I would receive. Upon completion, I noticed I did not receive access to this historic keyword data and "Oleg", the live chat assistant told me that I would need to further upgrade to their most expensive plan to access this data. Really disappointing when a company tries to deceive the customer, immediately lost their integrity.

We are sorry to see, that you were disappointed with our service. We believe that there was a misunderstanding on the pricing plan inside of the account, as the limits were not that clearly pointed as on the website. We already provided your feedback to our Product team and initiated a refund to you. We hope to see you in the future among our clients.

incredible set of tools. My favorite part is the marketing plan they let you use. Honestly, follow that plan and you will find your way to sucess. The cost for the tools is extremely affordable and the data is really good. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because I reached out to the team about some accessibility issues with their tables (I'm a blind user and there's a disconnect between the table headers and the rest of the data when looking at the full reports) but I never heard back from support about that. I'm still using the tools though and aside from the table disconnect, everything is fully accessible and user-friendly. keep it up yall!
